41 percent of responding ILC administrators estimated that less than five percent of their consumers have computers.

37 percent of responding ILC administrators estimated that 5 to 24 percent of their consumers have computers.

9 percent of responding ILC administrators estimated that 25 to 49 percent of their consumers have computers.

2 percent of responding ILC administrators estimated that 50 to 74 percent of their consumers have computers.

None of the responding ILC administrators estimated that 75 to 100 percent of their consumers have computers.

11 percent of responding ILC administrators had no idea what percent of their consumers have computers.
